Confidentiality policy

Every employee of KDC Limited is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. All of our Client records are handled, maintained and stored in a secure manner in accordance with internal policies, and are protected by physical, organizational and technical means.

 

We agree that we will treat as such all confidential proprietary information obtained from you and will not disclose such information to others, except to those KDC Limited persons engaged in providing services to you, or use such information except in connection with the performance of the services agreed to in this letter. This undertaking shall not apply to any of the information that we are required by law or by the requirements of any regulators or by specific professional standards to disclose or that is in or hereafter enters the public domain.
