Audit and Assurance

At KDC Chartered Accountants, our audit competence and credibility can been assured from the widespread industry knowledge and international experience the partners enjoy. KDC can provide a comprehensive service to clients and not just a routine statutory requirement.

Companies are required to prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap.113.

Apart from fulfilling requirements imposed by law, our audit approach gives us a full insight into how your business is run because we spend time finding out about it and then plan our work to test the system in place.

Part of the audit responsibility is the submission of the annual company return with the audited financial statements and be filed with the Registrar of Companies.

The services we offer include:

•Statutory Audit

•Internal Audit

•Internal control reviews and design

•Mergers & acquisitions investigation

The current global environment is getting more complex than ever and therefore requires not only experienced and skilful professionals but people with knowledge over principles, methodology and techniques to provide a reliable audit approach and non-biased judgments.

Our audit approach which is based on rigorous risk assessments on the planning stage and in depth analysis on the evaluation and completion stage of an engagement provides credibility whereas relevant risks, threats and control weaknesses may be identified.
