Customer care service

Our clients are able to use the customer.care@kdc.com.cy email address.  We launched this new service to provide instant assistance to our clients. “You grow we grow”. “Your Success is Our Success”. We have directors available to answer any of your queries from 8.30am to 18.00pm Monday to Friday. All emails received during these hours are normally answered on the same day. Any emails received beyond these hours will be answered on the next available working day. The particular service is restricted up to 10-15 minutes per email. This is a free service for KDC clients.

Client login service

Each client will be provided with a password and will be directed through our website to a personal online folder. Through this folder the client can have access to personal information such as audited financial statements and tax returns and other data. For this service there is a nominal charge.

Translation service in different languages

The Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) is important. Each client will be provided upon a request, a summary of the audited financial statements translated in the language of the UBO. For this service there is a nominal charge.

Tax deadline alerts on your email

This application has been developed as a way to be proactive with tax payments and keep up with the tax deadlines. This is a free service for KDC clients.

Tax newsletters

KDC clients will have access to our frequent tax newsletters.  This is a free service for KDC clients.
